Sartoria Litrico at Pitti Uomo January 2022 with Bemberg
The news we couldn’t wait longer to announce: Sartoria Litrico and Bemberg will celebrate men’s high fashion together at Pitti Uomo 2022 from 11 to 13 January in the central pavilion with their stand, representing a journey through the history of style. Sartoria Litrico celebrates seventy-one years of activity in 2022, and joins forces with Bemberg, showing the past and present of men’s fashion, the foundations of what will come in the future. A fashion based on sustainability and craftsmanship, a sort of return to origins, respecting raw materials, artisans, and, last but not least, customers.
Asahi Kasei is the company behind the production of precious Bemberg ™ liners by Asahi Kasei and celebrates its first 90 years of activity. The fabric they produce is born from the circular economy: it is a pre-consumer material obtained from the cotton oil production process that takes place only in Nobeoka in Japan.

Sartoria Litrico: an encounter with history at Pitti Uomo
With Bemberg at his side, Sartoria Litrico will exhibit four historical Litrico dresses worn by true style icons who have made our tailoring a true legend. These are the heads of former US president John F. Kennedy, Rossano Brazzi, one of the most beloved actors of the Dolce Vita, the American astronaut James B. Irwin and the designer Angelo Litrico. All the garments feature elegant lining fabrics with Bemberg ™ fiber that reveal its flexibility that is always in vogue despite the passage of time. Over the decades, Bemberg’s consolidated legacy in formal lining has expanded into new territories and is now able to represent contemporary outerwear styles as well.
