Historical Archive of Awards and Recognitions – Litrico Fashion House
The history of Litrico Fashion House is not only told through the garments created for statesmen, artists, heads of state, and protagonists of international culture.
It is also told through the recognitions received from 1951 to the present: institutional awards, honors from the Italian Republic, international certificates, tailoring showcases, fashion festivals, cultural recognitions, and tributes to artisanal excellence.
This archive represents an initial historical and chronological reorganization of some of the awards preserved today by Maison Litrico.
The objective is to transform an important documentary heritage into an organized, readable, and searchable archive, useful for publications, exhibitions, cultural activities, and the historical memory of Litrico Fashion House.

2026
Litrico Fashion House – Historic Brand of National Interest
On August 3, 2026, following a thorough investigation, the Italian Patent and Trademark Office of the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy registered the “SARTORIA LITRICO” brand in the Special Register of Historic Brands of National Interest, pursuant to Art. 31 of Decree-Law 34/2019.
A particularly prestigious institutional recognition, which attests to the continuity over time of a name born in Rome in 1951 and passed down through three generations of the Litrico family, becoming one of the most authentic expressions of Italian Men’s Haute Couture culture.

Historical Considerations
The collection of awards of Litrico Fashion House represents a unique testimony to the international spread of Italian tailoring in the second half of the twentieth century.
From the United States to Brazil, from Argentina to Japan, passing through the great Italian institutions, Maison Litrico has built over the years a path that combines elegance, cultural diplomacy, craftsmanship, and the representation of Made in Italy in the world.
